Reservation.

Reservations will only be considered final, accompanied by the deposit of 30% of the amount of the stay (to be paid at the time of booking).

The balance must be paid 6 weeks before arrival.

Modification of the reservation.

Any changes to the original booking may be refused by the hotel.

In the absence of acceptance of the modification of the reservation by the hotel, the stay will be invoiced in full, based on the original reservation.

Any cancellation of the reservation must be notified by post or email.

In case of receipt of a cancellation more than 6 weeks before the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded to the customer minus a lump sum of € 15.00 for administration costs.
